We are pleased to announce that Meadowbrook Care Home at St James’ Park is now open.
This luxurious, state-of-the-art care home, which houses up to 80 residents, opened in August 2024 by care home provider Connaught Care. Designed to bring an all-inclusive luxury living lifestyle to its residents, the facility is finished to the highest standards and a great deal of effort has been made to create a sense of community, featuring numerous communal dining & living spaces to encourage residents to come together.
The new residence houses a host of impressive facilities, including an onsite bistro, cinema room, gym, health spa and therapy room as well as a private dining room. A new feature has also been introduced at Meadowbrook – The Children’s Activity Room – encouraging children’s engagement and inclusion.
